Gareth Rhodes, a Democrat looking to take on first-term incumbent Republican John Faso in the Hudson Valley, has hired Metropolitan Public Strategies, which is headed by Neal Kwatra.
Rhodes is a former Gov. Cuomo staffer seeking to run for a key congressional seat and hired the powerhouse consulting firm with ties to the governor and Mayor de Blasio.
